What qualifies for a refund

You have 30 days to request a refund for a generation defect: illegible PDF, missing paid file after a successful charge, or math that does not match the numbers you entered.

What does not qualify

We do not refund because you no longer need the check stub, entered the wrong identity on purpose, or want a wholesale rewrite after payment.
